Through our commitment for mental health advocacy, we offer a variety of free and for-service programs and workshops designed to build our community’s capacity to support youth mental health.

Whether you want to strengthen your knowledge and confidence about mental health, debrief a challenging situation, or take part in a specific training, our educational stream may be the perfect fit for you:

We offer two mental health first aid certifications accredited by the Mental Health Commission of Canada: Adults who Interact with Youth and Supporting Youth.
Both courses are designed for members of the public who interact with 12-24 year-olds (although the information and skills learned are applicable to all ages).
