We support: Trauma, anxiety, depression, neurodivergence, addictive behaviours, substance (mis)use, Borderline Personality Disorder, behaviour regulation, non-suicidal self-injury, general mood disorders, life stressors, family transitions, and more.
Sessions are typically 60-minutes.

Being a parent / caregiver is a deeply emotional journey and we understand the importance of healthy family dynamics.
We offer guidance and support to empower you with confidence and equip you with the tools and resources you need to thrive.
We support: Parents and families dealing with challenging issues, like conflicts, transitions, communication breakdowns, and/or division of responsibility and roles within the partnership and family.
Sessions are typically 60-minutes (caregivers) and 90- minutes (families).

Our perinatal pathways program includes individual counselling, co-parenting support, and group programs.

Offered through the Solidarity Space, this service is designed for parents and caregivers who want support without the long waitlists or one-size-fits-all solutions. Support includes:
Solutions-Focused Counselling: actionable strategies while exploring emotions and learned patterns. This is a good fit if, for example, you're facing a difficult season, a personal challenge, parenting dilemma or navigating a family dynamic.
Parent & Couples Coaching: guidance to strengthen connections, enhance communication, and foster emotional resilience for you and your family. This could be a good fit if you are in your fertility journey, wanting to prepare for changes that come with a new baby or trying to reconcile the shifts that have already occurred.
Safety & Stabilization Support: structured interventions to bring calm and security in the midst of chaos.
Priority Access to Trauma Therapy & Psychotherapy: access and referrals to a team of experienced professionals, trained to deliver evidence-based therapy. This ensures you get the care you need, when you need it.
