Perinatal Pathways
The perinatal journey is a profound period of transitions, growth, and preparation. At Sound Youth Counselling, we understand the importance of having the right support during these stages. Our Perinatal Pathways are designed to provide the guidance and care you need throughout your fertility, pregnancy, birth, grief and loss, and postpartum experiences.
We are proud to partner with Heart to Earth Birth + Wellness and The Solidarity Space to offer this carefully designed program.

We also specialize in birth and reproductive trauma counselling, offering support not just for birthers but also for partners and medical team members.
