Top Shelf for Mental Health in memory of Dr. Rob Stevens

The Stevens Family in partnership with the Parry Sound Hockey Club and the Town of Parry Sound are happy to announce that they will once again be hosting Top Shelf for Mental Health during the month of January 2025.

This initiative started in 2020 with every hockey player in the Parry Sound Hockey club being given green tape and green laces in support of mental health, along with a short education briefing on the importance of mental wellness. The event was capped off with a free community skate on Bell Let's Talk day sponsored by the Town of Parry Sound.  

Green tape, laces and more recently the added helmet stickers will be available again this year.

This year's free community skate will be on Bell Let's Talk day, Wednesday January 22 from 6:30-7:30 pm.
