Participant cancellation policy *

I understand and acknowledge that there is a $75 non-refundable administration fee if I cancel at any time.

if I cancel more than 2-weeks before the course start I will receive a 50% refund of the remaining balance.

if I cancel less than 2-weeks before the course start I may not receive a refund.

SYC cancellation policy *

This course is certified through the Mental Health Commission of Canada and, as per its standards, requires a minimum of 8 registrants to run. In the event that fewer than 8 people register, SYC will cancel the course and refund the eligible portion of registration fees ($75.00 is non-refundable).
